rogues?

kinda thinking of maybe getting a full set of BoAs and making a sub rogue is that a good idea or are there better classes to roll with full BoAs? (helm and cloak included)

Just because you have all the BoAs doesnt mean you are good to go.

the BoA weapons are definitely not best in slot.

You want to get your toon to close as BiS as possible.

Since when do you need every piece of gear to have fun? It does make me laugh when I see 24's with dual AGM before even entering a BG.. Must you be nearly invincible before you show your face?



A rogue especially, has great crowd control abilities. Sapping targets, creating distance between EFC and healers... It's all fun, and you can even do it naked.

BoA Helm, Shoulders, Back, Chest, Insignia are all BiS, can't hurt to get the OH dagger too if u bypass waylay.



Who cares if you're not BiS. Stick on some gear, Q up and enjoy the bracket.

Against other 24's you are more cc than pew pew. But i've been sapped right before engaging a efc about to cap and ..well you can cause nerd rage and a win for your team.



and you don't need BIS ...i'm not BIS and have fun and am effective. I'll get it one day, not like i'm going to out level the gear anytime soon.

if geared/played right a 24 rogue can litterily one shot a BIS lvl 20 f2p player, and most other p2p players who arent in bis gear, which is almost all of them. I had a 24 rogue and would ambush over 1k almost every time. And if you dont kill them with ambush all it takes is one more second to finish them off. The only class I had trouble with was priests, I remember this 24 priest had like 1800 hp, but I just learned to wait till the sheild was down and try to kill him before he put another one up and it worked a few times.



Also with vanish you should rarely die. If things go sideways you can always just vanish and wait it out and come back after its off cd again, or vanish shadowstep and hit them with a 2nd ambush and win. Tbh it got really boring really quick for me, I mean it was pretty cool always seeing my name at the top of the charts, with like 10 flag returns, but the lack of competition gets old. I mean, I didnt even have my gnomer rings/wrist, or an agm, and yet wsg was mine. Thats pretty op imo, and unless more 24's who know what they are doing decide to enter the bracket, theres nothing to stop a half-assed 24 twink from deciding the outcome of almost every game lol.



Sorry for the long reply, I just feel that I know a thing or two about a 24 rogue. Also, for those who are suggesting hunter, as a rogue you can pretty much faceroll almost all of the hunters in this bracket, because they are terrible. Just save ur shadowstep for when they try to get away, and maybe pop ur vanish and another ambush to finish them off as I said above.
