He said he could get 600 white crits with it. Is it actually that good? It seems a little odd for a warrior using a staff.

White crits will likely be all he's getting, I'm pretty sure he can't use most of his abilities with a staff.

Although it is a staff, it is still a two-handed weapon.



At level 20, it has more damage than Bloodies Arcanite Reaper but .5 seconds faster and is almost free, at the cost of losing the eye patch lol.



I would say it is a good trade, just get the fishing hat.

Highest top end damage, even over BAR (before adding str.) +11 stam and +8 crit. Seems pretty solid, kinda like http://www.wowhead.com/item=1607 in the old 40-49 bracket.

Because of its speed, and lack of strength, for a paladin, the BoA axe makes every other ability hit harder, despite the lower top end. White DPS would be higher with the staff, but everything else would suffer. I haven't tested it on a 20 warrior, but I expect a similar result. The BoA is better, and you get the eyepatch. The BFD or Stocks axe is better too, because of the speed. I'd use that until I got the BoA.

Draenei need less hit to reach the 20 non DW cap, so on that level, the eyepatch isn't as crucial. You also get the minor self heal. You lose the NE's in combat SM and charge though. I'd be very surprised if the BoA axe isn't better on every level.

Budson is pro. The fact that he rocks that staff and fucks kids up with it is hilarious.

Not worth getting. For melee characters, especially dependent on white damage it's better to get the eyepatch and get a heirloom which is almost exactly the same. If you want huge crits roll a rogue.

Yeah, some of mine have been 1k+ but no 1.1k yet. I have seen MM do 1.3k, so I'd say they do the highest in the this bracket. Rogues have been repeatedly nerfed, so even zerker/buffed/orc racial can't come close to 1k.

I did a 560 without critting..... 1.1k is very possible.

Idk man crits are usually X1.5 the damage unless your spec makes them X2, Idk about getting 1.1k but I was just stating the fact about crits...
