Post a riddle, the next person to post has to answer it and then post his/her own riddle, sort of like the competition Kore set up, but you can post unlimitied times as long as you don't answer your own question or double up riddles.

the night before.. the prisoners decide on a switch which will be the "counting switch" they give one person authority to start the game by placing the counting switch in the off position.. if it is your first time in the room then only do you have authority to touch the "counting switch" if it is your first time in the room you must turn the counting switch on, or leave it in the on position.. if it is your second or more time in the room you must make sure that the counting switch is set in the off position.. this way the only time the counting switch will be set to on is when a first time person has been in the room.. the person who has authority to count, then counts the number of times he enters the room with the counting switch in the on position.. when his count is equal to the number of prisoners he then knows beyond doubt that everyone has entered the room at least once
What always runs but never walks, often murmurs, never talks, has a bed but never sleeps, has a mouth but never eats?

Q: A man lives on the 11th floor and takes the elavator down to the 1st floor every morning to go to work. In the evening, when he comes back from work; on a rainy day, or if there are other people in the elevator, he goes to the 11th floor directly. Otherwise, he goes to the 7th floor and walks up four flights of stairs to his apartment.
Why does the man go to the 7th floor and walk up four flights of stairs on other days?

is it something to do with people not labeling 13th floors?
The man is a midget and can't reach the 11th floor button on days where he is alone in the elevator.
EDIT: ok here is one:
You are walking outside on the street. You are not wearing a hat or cap. You are also not wearing an umbrella or something else above your head. Yet you do not get wet! How is that possible?
