returning twink plz help(questions)

i need some specific questions answered i am so lost as to how to twink today in shadowlands, i enjoyed my starter edition twink last expansion because it would lock me at 20 and i could still compete against non twinks, is there a way i can still do this? what bracket or account style should i aim for? i didnt like xp turned off as i only faced other twinks and i enjoy bashing non twinks and twinks alike. i need to know what to twink, what baracket is active the most and i can compete against non twinks and not lvl out of bracket...... you know what i mean? plz help

F2p vet you have alot options IF you have game time. Buy all you need. If no game time. You have few options. Hunter, resto druid, shammy or monk. Pure f2p 20 rest is kinda meh. Or put in 800+ hours and youre fine.
