Returning after 5 years

10-19 - Revived. Most activity in LITERALLY YEARS.
20-29 - most populated twink bracket due to starter, vets, and 29s.
30-39 - dead, but some are currently trying to revive it. Plans after Twinkcup.
40-49 - dead.
50-59 - dead
60-69 - dead, but definitely worth looking into now that a couple big streamers made one.
70-79 - dead, but similar to above^
80-89 - dead when wod hit. People got whiny and left.
90-99 - active due to mop accounts that never upgraded. 91s and 99s rule the bracket though due to wod crafted gear and quest gear.
100 - ppssssshhhhhh. Nobody plays endgame right?

I heard about 39s, but more brackets would be great! I dream of a day I can hop from one bracket to another!

Currently have a bunch of 39s in guild <Free to prey> Thrall-Horde and on real ID and currently on oceanic server - Frostmourne (alliance) , there is a couple guildies from <Supanova> starting up alliance over there. Just waiting for twink cup to be over to start promoting more 39 activity, the people are there just need some organization.

Practically everything has changed in twinking. We can enchant almost every piece of gear. There are no restrictions on enchants for us. Below 600 ilvl. The most difficult or fun( whichever way you look at it, I choose the latter) is the scaling. Fortunately, we have a scaling chart for each and every enchant. It is stickied in the 20-29 section. I am currently working on a new and improved version at the moment.
There is just too much to list in one post as to what has changed in four years.
Gear scaling, enchant scaling, bracket mergers and some BGs being added to some of the brackets are just some of the biggies.

Also, I'm a little confused about enchants and scaling. Enchant Bracer - Major Stamina, for instance, shows 5 stamina on my 19 and 20 stamina on my 80.

Does that mean I need to apply it on my 80 to get the most stamina? What if my bracer is already bound to my 19, is there a way to apply the 20 stam still? Can it be applied through trade or something?

No it will always scale down the lower level you are. There are some GFd enchants that dont. And of course, crusader.
