Resto sham?

I think you're looking good. Admittedly, I haven't played a lot of rsham this expansion, just a little in arenas. Because rsham relies so heavily on hard-cast heals and doesn't have great escape abilities, they can really get into trouble with coordinated interrupts/silences/stuns. They are pretty tanky, but I still think as much stamina as you can get within reason is good. Stamina also shines if you are using Nature's Guardian. With that then I would recommend shooting for LFH, MM, Tranquillien Champion's Cloak, BoA chest, Sandals of Sacrifice, Ring of Pardons instead of Argas, AGM instead of Rune, and BoA shield. You might even consider using Cuffs of Black Elements instead of Uninsured, but if you're comfortable with stamina the crit from Uninsured is nice. Everything else looks good to me. If you are playing it a lot, you'll get a good feel for what could help you more. Once you get to a certain hp, you may not feel you need to stack it so much and then shoot for more Inetellect and Crit. As I understand it, rshams don't have many problems with many regen, so spirit may not be so important right now though I could be wrong about that. Make sure to check the scaling index on items as well.

Nice shammy! See you out there!

i would stack intellect and stamina, having some extra critical is nice, but not so much.
probably because i dislike rng crits

i agreed with Revlo about the LFH, Cuffs of Black Elements, BoA(jp/dmf) chest, Ring of Pardons(+7int/+7stam)

AGM probably hard to get, but try to get it if you have the time,

but i think going for MM and Tranquillien Champion's Cloak a bit too much stamina, they probably good before you get AGM, i would recomend BOA(JP/dmf) shoulder and Feyscale Cloak(+7int/+7stam, i still haven't have it)
i would also pair Ring of Pardons with Argas

for pre boa shield i would recomend Shield of the Barren (+7int/+7stam)

my resto shaman is in my sign.

gear for max stam, mantle, naga, garrosh/argas, bronze neck, etc

or go haste if ur a baller
