Resilience-Rating on level 10?

hey guys,



I don't have acces to a wow-account, but I really want to know how RS scales at level ten now...chardev.org says 15 rs on chest would mean -15% dmg is this the truth?



(for those who don't know what I'm talking about: resilience was changed to also reduce all dmg taken)



would be amazing...but I don't believe it, could please anyone check how RS scales at level ten?

Scales the same as level 34. It used to give >2000% Resilience at level 10 before the 2.4 nerf. I was able to fully resist (not really, just did 0 damage) all DoTs.

On the PTR it was 0.008% per point of resilience :/ Im not sure what it is now however
