Req fishing lv for keefers?

Is their a fishing lv required other than the zone level for stranglethorn vale? I believe the zone lv is 150? I had heard it requires atleast 250 to fish up a keefers angelfish but I am not sure? anybody knows pls pst, thanks.

There is no requirement. Some reported to have caught it while only having a fishing skill of 7.

210-225 I believe is the no-miss rate.

I'm pretty sure the no miss rate for tastyfish schools is 1. Don't bother leveling fishing unless you want it for achievements, i never do on my new twinks.

it used to be that you had to have 150+ fishing to fish the area, and 200+ to fish the area and not miss ur catches. of course, that was many patches ago.

as long as you land the lure in the node, you need only to be a level-5+ and have trained fishing. nodes require no skill, you fish outside the nodes and yes you will need skill and lures
