Reputation with boodsail buccaneers

Guys, I managed to reach the 11,999 trading cap by farming with a pirate NPC called Shakes O'Breen in Arathi Highlands.

Does anyone know how to get more reputation to try and reach Exalted with this faction as a starter?

The goblin guards in Booty Bay are level 30, and they kill me with one hit.

The normal NPCs in Booty Bay are level 20, but they don't give reputation, making farming unfeasible with my current knowledge.

I know it's possible with vets easy enough, but as pure F2P, unsure. It might work if a high level teamed with you, but that's still relying on high levels.

Some ideas but can't verify without installing:
Have you tried Lorewalking?
Booty Bay quests done?
Party sync for double quests? (Requires teaming up)

Just enable LW and war mode, the guards will scale to your level (20). I have done this a few months back.

The reason for war mode is because the guard hits a lot less when war mode is on. With it, you should be able to solo them without problem.

BTW even with 30 level guard, I can kill them with a well geared brew master monk, but the process is quite slow (also in war mode). LW is a lot easier.
