let me state that this hole plan revolves around a (hope) that 20s will be able to purchase reputation badges for Legionfall Artificer, while in lorewalking, during the Legion TImewalking event. Nov 4 - 11 2025

So Far, While in Lorewalking, level 20s have access to Reputation badges sold by the Timewalking Vendor that you would otherwise not have access to. This leads me to believe this will be true for the Legion Timewalking event, specifically with the faction <Legionfall Artificer> Armies of Legionfall. Located on the Broken Shore(Legion Expansion).

In order to purchase this item, you are going to need 2 things, Revered with the faction Armies of Legionfall, and 7500 Nethershard(a local resource). Reputation math's ( you start friendly, 6000 honored, 12000 revered = 18000) WoWhead shows that the Legionfall Insignia's give 250 reputation, The Darkmoon Fair happens to overlap with Legion Timewalking(at least on NA sorry EU players i have no idea) so you will be able to use the Darkmoon Fair +10% reputation buff. 18000 / 270(Reputation badge) = 66.6 <Legionfall Artificer> reputation badges to revered = 3350 Timewarped Badge's.

The Problem is how to obtain the 7500 Nethershard(Local resource) So far I've only been able to collect them form chests/ cashes scattered around the Broken Shore(while in lorewalking i should state). The Nethershad's Are Transferable however. There are also Rares you can defeat for 100-200 Nethershards that are on a rotation.

This isn't a guide, more like me brainstorming and looking for help on a faster/easier/better way to collect Nethershards, flying around collecting chests is time consuming.

You're on the right track and this is better than my first post haha. Bout a year ago I was working on something similar, but ended up not pursuing it further. The main reason was I main a DH and the Inquisitor's Menacing Eye is basically the same thing but free. For other classes, though, yeah this could be good. The problem I ran into (which I just remembered) was that I was able to transfer rep tokens to my 20, but the reputation tokens I believe were usable only at a higher level. That's one thing Lorewalking doesn't fix, the level restriction on items already in your bags. Unless that restriction has changed, this might not work. That said, if you could find any method to gain legionfall rep at 20, that would make it possible.

The level req was removed with the Remix update.
But the Repurposed Fel Focuser scales kinda bad, sure it's good for being reusable, but nothing insane.
