Regarding level 20 Monks

Thinkin about buying mop (playing on cata), but b4 I do... monks at level 20, i have not had much experience with them, or playing against them. (when i say level 20, i mean level 20, not 24.)

Are they effective as healers at level 20?

As far as cc, brewmaster or windwalker?

In terms of windwalker spec, dual wield or staff?

Clash's tooltip confused me a bit, does it knock down Everyone in its radius, or is it just enemies?

Monk Healing is great, however you get locked easier in comparison to all other healers as no instants.
Brewmaster is effective FC and Anti FC - the DPS is still pretty decent.
Windwalker Dual Wield. Auto attack damage boost is definitely worth it.
Windwalker at 24 is incredibly OP, but it'll still have high mobility and damage at 20.
Clash feels slightly buggy, SOMETIMES stunning the target SOMETIMES not. It'll also stun all enemies near.

Monks own. Hits like a beast as WW. Good dodge etc as Brewmaster.
