Redemption Cup idea 20s

Hello there,

As some of you know I hosted a 1v1 type of knock-out competition a few months back, backed by my own money. So I wondered since I haven't been active on wow and on twitch for a while, why not bring back some action with you ballers. A BIG BOY PRIZE. A prize from an entree fee being backed by me and you, the competitors, for an all-time redemption of glory in the eyes of twitch and the community. A rain of darkmoon fireworks as you deliver the best of you.

Feeling like you haven't deserved the recognition you deserve or had people think lesser than them? This is where you can bring your redemption against your foes for MONEY, and where I contribute my idea.

This Cup would only be for people who want to bring whatever tuned twink they've for money. Don't invest if you don't feel like you couldn't compete against invested twinks. That's why it would be on a fee to avoid complaints.

The Redemption Cup
- A fee could consist of 5-10 euros
- 10+ competitors
Edit: - One open-world/WG area chosen by me and those who want to collab
- One commentator with me on my stream
- 1-2hr tourney
- Best out of three
- DPS only (no argument)
- 1v1
- Winner takes all
- EU only
- Spectators are meant to spam toys as you win
- Paypal account is a must
- Engi belt and cloak allowed
- All weapons allowed

maybe it's just me but seeing there being a money entry fee to attend just puts me off from wanting to participate.

would be better for the rewards to be gold equivalent to buy wow tokens or maybe mounts within that gold range, or something along those lines? that's assuming the people attending are mainly vet players ofc.

another thing that comes to mind is how balanced or fun? it will be.

cause if it's going to be in a open world area like gurubashi or dire maul arena in a FFA battle royale setting. won't stats remain the same like they are in duels? meaning there's no hp or stats being scaled like in bgs.

I could be wrong but from the few duels I've done I remember the dmg ratio to the health pools being worse outside of bgs.
