Here is a post I put in wow BG forms. These threads were really popular in CATA but not so much in MoP for whatever reason. Openraid.us and Openraid.eu also host cross server rated BG and other cross server raid events so it's worth looking into but I wouldn't count on getting a high rated BG rating on openeaid.
Copy paste and fill in the blanks to make your charter available for cross server RBG! Should probably specify US or EU.
