I would try using multistrike enchants instead of haste! But other than that looks good!

I dislike multistrike on MW simply because your healing consists of 3 small separate bursts (soothing, enveloping, surging) at the same time. Multistrike just isnt very noticeable (or effective for that matter imo) because when it procs the heal is so small. like 50 health or so per proc, which is minimal and is random. I prefer consistent healing, therefore i run haste, as it benefits me whether I have a proc or not, and is always there for me when I need big heals
My 2cMeh, you are a very mobile healer and positioning is huge. If you overextend it is your own fault ( or your teammates for being in an awful position and melee pushing in without ranged following them during a mid fight).
Looks good! How much haste does expertise to bracer give? Just making sure I am not missing some haste on enchants

Maybe picking up Woodworking gloves if you can get them. Other than that looks great!

It's 3 haste. is your shoulder chant hard to get like the rep farm

Woodworking with +9 stam, Bracers with either stam or int/spell, Vers enchants as MW you'll go oom insanely fast in midfights.
Boots with speed and stam. Also needs agm.
I understand you want haste build because it does supply the biggest heals... But I like to think about sustain and you can't sustain. Build is great for Mongo, that's just my opinion.
Plus 2k health you'll get 2 shot.
