Keep trying to get feet of the lynx and foremans gloves. Get +2 scope from gnomeregan. RoP/DPR for second ring, although they're probably harder to get depending on realm for DPR.

I'd get smelting pants and consider a haste trinket or even two instead of going for that much survivability, since I often find more DPS to be more useful for bursting down efc, than a bit more tot. AGM is probably bis though, it's all down to preference really.

Rest is solid I think although I'd try changing the mog a bit, the lighter pieces of bards set look a bit too pink for the tabard IMHO, maybe try with bandit pants and belt? Just an idea.

Edit: your hair matches the tabard that's kinda nice

9/10. I personally like the loom bow, cause crit. I can't remember his name, but there's a p2p hunter running around with like 50% crit unbuffed, and he's the ONLY hunter I cannot handle no matter what I do. He has very mediocre ap, but he crits just about every shot.
