Armor kits don't work for f2ps now, except I think tank specs, man I've been confused on that since WoD messed them up with bonus armor changes. Anyways get them because it takes 2 seconds, the +1 armor is the same as farming for 2 hours the +2 armor, so don't bother (they are the same for 20-29).
Consider using different random bag belt/cloak since guard spec, I'd suggest of the monkey, and bands of serakkis, all because more agility/stamina which will benefit guardian much more than crit does. And for similar reason, I'd suggest using haste heirloom shoulders, most of your damage comes from swipe and the crits don't hurt much more than normal, but the haste means faster bleed tics/faster swipes, as well as benefiting your HoTs more than crit does (reliably at least).
Lucky fishing hat is a bonus. Boots of the fang/defias gloves are good replacements for a bit more stam if you want.
