I would say get tumultuluous cloak of the bandit and agm if ur hit capped
But other then that looks really nice

From the monkey cloak choice I'd guess you're stacking agility which is arguably the best way to go. Glowing lizard scale cloak has 1 more if you can sacrifice the stamina. The hit on hoggers trousers is overkill for alliance. I'd recommend Aluwyn's for the stamina or Smelting Pants for damage. Heirloom insignia paired with either agm or swift hand of justice might give a small improvement trinket wise. Ello's band really isn't so much worse than RoP that I'd sweat it. You'll get it eventually. Get that standard scope though. Gnomergon is the best!

Lastly, I prefer alch over skinning, but less farming mats is definitely a plus. Get herbalism up though. Lifeblood is definitely worth it.

Edit: Forgot to add Feet of the Lynx scales to 1 more agility than standard issue prisoners.

Gross male nelf, but looking past that -

+2 damage scope from Gnomeragen boxes, there's a thread on TI if you need it.
 
If you're working on a balanced set.
1. Hogger's pants => Smelting pants or Alewyn legguards.
2. Cloack of monkey => of bandit
If you're working on a pure damage dealer set.
1. Cloack of monkey => Lizard scale
2. Naga gloves => Foremans gloves
3. Hoggers => Smelting pants
4. +1 => +2 scope
5. Standard shoes => Feet of Lynx
6. Protectors band => Ello's band (a fucking lot of 1 agi!!!)

You're overhitcapped anyway in your set, eyepatch is enough to cap hunter, patch + foremans gloves are enough to cap your pet.

Ah, yes, swiftness potion and minor agi potion (gives 14 agi) are BIS.
