Here he is. I am haste stacked as you can see. Haste is underrated! Elemental force is my number one damage and I do about 305 DPS (non-scaled). I think I am pretty much BIS for haste stacked. Thoughts?

Why no double heartseeker for more haste then? + I would prefer BoA chest to armor of the fang, crit will synergize a bit better with haste than a bit more agility will (because haste = more chances to crit, multiplicative scaling, agility just means a bit more damage, flat scaling, whether the dps actually goes up is questionable but hey, aren't all things). And of course the possibility of haste trinkets for the lols, or weapon enchants favoring haste proc bonuses, but of course ele force is broken still.
