I need to upgrade cloak, and get new boots, probably reroll my crafter stats but otherwise what should I get/change? I have cleared all the quests in nagrand/arak and my upgrades were shoddy, so I'm waiting on garrison missions to get some more 610 gear. Any tips/advice?

I'm not familiar with 99 Mages at all, but would the Ashen Verdict ring be better because of the proc? You can farm it in about 2 hours by clearing the trash before the first boss and just reseting. Other than that do those trinkets not share a CD? If they do stack than they are fine since you have the human racial, otherwise I would find another DPS trinket.

My thoughts on your twink:

Helm - Gloves -> PvP for Meta and Set-Bonus 5% Haste
Shoulders - Chest or Legs -> PvP for Set-Bonus 5% DMG
Chest or Legs -> Warlords crafted
Boots -> Warlords crafted
Cloak -> PvP or 600+
Change 1 Trinket with Prideful Gladiator's Badge of Dominance - Item - World of Warcraft (yours share the proc so it's not worth it wearing 2)
Neck / Cloak / Rings -> Versatility-Enchant (Multistrike only procs once in pvp)
Ring 1 - Ashen Verdict Revered 'cause of the proc
Bracers - 606 Warforged with 3rd Stat (will take you ages to farm ^^)
Warlords crafted - go with Versatility and the stat you prefer (i would choose Haste)
Belt - Cord of Swirling Light - Item - World of Warcraft and +50 Stats Gem
Weapon-Enchant - Haste for Frost or if you like to play fire too then you can go with mastery

so I'm waiting on garrison missions to get some more 610 gear.

There aren't any missions which will get you 610 gear @99 except shoulders and you already have better ones which you shouldn't use in pvp. .

Trinkets are now changed to the PvP trinkets for the 15% damage reduction. Is my 620 ring not superior in the fact that 30 ilvl difference will be constant compared to the ring proc? I'm in the process of getting the ring, but is the proc that good? Thanks for the enchant info, I assumer multi strike was the stat to have so I'll look into that. In terms of set bonus's, wouldn't the higher level gear give better damage than the lower level +5% damage? I would have felt that the higher ilvl would give a higher sustained damage
