i have been working hard to get all the gear i know i still need cloak and enchant it

Looks pretty good besides the cloak an AGM (Arena Grand Master) would help and A LFH (Lucky Fishing Hat) would give you a tad more stamina. You can switch the Girdle of Nobility out with the Vigorous of the Moon depending on your play style, however; your shaman looks pretty good and mostly BiS

pending on whether or not you want more stamina or more intellect tbh. It can go both ways some people want int some people want stam. Silk is BiS int and Blackfathom is BiS Stam with some int

Nah Blackfanthom is bis didnt noticed that.

Lots of crit for ele. Due to the passive making your crits harder.

8/10. I'd go with leather boots and gloves from quests. And shame you didn't get shield of stocks, because it's better than loom shield. Other than for hit rating. And I would go with black wolf bracers. =)
