I'm missing my MoP Glove/rings/trink, and my ruby sanctum boots. other then that I think my gears pretty much finished. I'm also keeping my crit/mastery at 48% so when windsong procs its not over capped giving me a little bit of extra haste I can reforge in. if you guys can point out anything else I need that'd be great!

Fairly good, you need a LOT more haste though to put out some good dps, If you take a look at my 80 priest armory in my signiture i'm BiS or atleast very close. Also you have waay too much mastery i'm at 36.5% and when i get a windsong proc i'm at 100%. I'd move away from mastery as much you can and focus on haste^.^
