Notes: The following gear changes depending on spec:
Shadow: Pulsating Crystaline Shard for neck, Chan's for Robes (+150hp), AB Belt, 2 Underworld Bands for rings, and GBS with Soulfrost.
Disc: Gemshard Heart for neck, Robes of Insight for robes (+150hp), Mara belt, Underworld band + freezing band for rings, and GBS +40 SP (though I'm considering changing to +30int.)
Consumables further buffed with Alchemy's "mixology" passive (yes I have the gold to use daily consumables):
-Elixir of Greater firepower/ shadow power
-Elixir of Greater Intelect/ Elixir of sages
Further buffs: Brilliant Wizard Oil for GBS.
3000hp and 5k mana and 300 sp tend to be the bench marks for most twinks at 49. I can reach the health and SP on either spec (with priest and profession buffs) and come close to 5k mana as shadow (no problem on disc).
Edit: Trinkets for both specs swap between: Tidal Charm, PvP Trinket, Rune of Perfection, Philosopher's Stone.
