btw idk why but armory shows 6% hit but in fact its 12% since combat gives another 6%

I'm a little confused by your chest/shoulder itemization. Those are the two best spots to pick up hit.



Put minor speed on your boots, this is the worst way to pick up hit.



Ditch the bow and get thrown.

BIS depends on preference i have the 1/1/1 thrown and imo deviate BIS 1.5 hit chance> 1.98 crit percent u need to hit to crit and expertise for those critical gouges etc

/agree idk why people think its ok to not use minor speed at 19...



also, imo 9 stam > 9 str to bracer for a rogue

Curley has as close to a BiS armory as you will be able to see.

However, pick up scrupleless bracers and spidersilk drape for the additional hit (and better total DPS) than black wolf bracers and tumultuous cloak of the bandit

Also, the bow works fine for WSG, i find the cases when you need to stop a bandage are few in WSG

Bow is not ok for any PvP environment, thrown is used for more than just bandaids. If you never equip it you will never get used to using it and you will always be limited by your lack of thrown. Also, look at Curley's 19 rogue guide, it lists BiS for both sub and combat. Your gear choices should almost always be a piece from his lists.
