1) Im not sure if he is BiS, I know I need BoA mail chest piece but sides that is there anything Im missing?

Hit-capping is important
Other than those up there, you gear seems pretty nice. Bandit belt is BiS so make sure to get that. As for your transmog, it's just scouting gear, really nothing to comment on.

Yes, but it seems OP is horde-only, so I was therefore posting the most useable set for him

Lavishly Jeweled Ring - Item - World of Warcraft also works and could be easier to get

Foreman gloves or cheaper version Nimble Leather Gloves (LW Craft)

For hit rating
Stained Shadowcraft Spaulders
Deviate Scale Belt

For 19 BG's
Stained Shadowcraft Spaulders would be enough for hit and more AP than Champion Herod's Shoulder
U can recover your crit loose from swapping mail shoulders to leather with Vigorous Belt of Bandit

Here is comparison

Result:

Trading 4 stam 1 crit 20 armor for 4 agi 2 hit
we can assume 4 stam = 4 agi (ilvl per stat wise)
1 crit and 20 armor < 2 hit (2 crit = 1 hit ilvl stat wise)
+ % crit and dodge gained from agility
+ Pet AP gained from agility


Get another Signet of Argas if u happen to jump faction.
Otherwise never drop Legionnaire's Band for Simple Pearl Ring

Some of u may think loosing stam is not good for pvp but as a hunter our main role is dmg so i always pick agi over stam.Thats my playstyle at least.

Foreman gloves is extremely easy to farm, just plant a char next to the Foreman and login on it ones in a while, like between Bgs or something, and then kill him..

It's 7. I'm using helm + Badassery gloves because I don't have a spare Foreman's gloves.

My hunter Shasty is hit capped at 6 using the boa helm and ring. 0.00% chance to miss lvl 19 on my stats
