2 seconds off disengage really worth it? i almost never get caught in a situation where i need to use it but disengage is down

Yes.

Then it's safe to assume that you haven't fought a lot of good teams that actually know what they're doing.

edit: look at it like this: Reduces your cooldown of your most overpowered ability by 8% vs an extra 1% haste.

hmm, i might change it, but i almost never need disengage on melee, mostly just used to gain distance from people
