Random Dungeon Qeue - Gnomeregan

I'm i need of some confirmation on a question that i have. Can you get Gnomeregan in the Random Dungeon queue as a level 24? Has any of you encountered it?
Please let me know if you got it in a Random Dungeon queue so i can stop trying if you can't.

you can not. you have to specifically queue for it.

If you are trying for gnomer drops just que for gnomer, if you are trying for the higher level satchels from high level randoms you can not get them.
