so.. im under the impression that Rainstrider Leggings - Item - World of Warcraft can be obtained at 38.



and if im reading right they have an ilvl of 55.



Now, can [item]Knothide Armor Kit[/item] be used on these?



as far as im aware the kits can be applied through trade by someone level 50+.



have they changed this?

For a long time. level 59 twinks were doing it with heavy knothide kits on ilvl 60+ shoulders for ages.
