Can I use http://www.wowhead.com/item=43327/stratholme-lily in my offhand as a fury warrior? or will it require me to use 2 2handers to use abilities?

Currently there are fury warrior abilities, like raging blow for example, that requires a melee weapon in offhand. The flower you linked is not classified as a weapon, similar to how fishing poles and blacksmithing hammers aren't.

Not sure if warriors still have off hand abilities in legion but I'd guess so.

In Legion, Blizzard has said that gear will be nullified, meaning stats and enchants and things on that gear won't matter because everyone will have a base level of stats when entering battlegrounds.

The base level of stats will be slightly modified based on average item level, so people are currently theorycrafting on getting the highest item level gear available to 19s to see how it may work out. Nobody knows for sure though.
