Question on 80-84 Arena

Hello!

I'm extremely new to twinking, so making fun of me won't get you anywhere. This is a legitimate question, and if you could just direct me to where i can find this information, that works too.
My question is, how does the arena team system work? I know you can't create teams anywhere but at the start of the bracket (Correct?) and I don't believe you can join them either? But I also see people looking for more for arenas for the 80-84, so i figure something's up, like a loop-hole, or who knows.
Take this situation (hypothetically) an 82 rogue is already on a team, but all alone. Was going to twink 83, but just realized that she cannot invite anyone to her team. Is she completely screwed because there isnt an 80 on the team? Is there nothing at all she can do about PVP besides BG/RBG? No arena foreverz?
Hopefully there's something key I'm missing here, or maybe my thoughts are correct and only 80s can invite 80s and this 82 is destined for failure. Anyways, if someone could help me out with this, or redirect me to a thread about this question, that would be great.

tried inviting people to my team as an 83. people 80-83 couldnt join b/c it said they arent a high enough level, people 84 and 85 were listed as too high of a level to join.
so it looks like if people want to lvl from 80 and do arena all the interested parties have to make and stay on the team at 80, otherwise youre screwed out of arena. but you do still have pve, bgs and rbgs so its not THAT bad imo. i dont see why a real arena junkie would try to be 81-84 anyways, but thats just me
