US [question] BvB Value @ lvl 60?

Asking for a friend. Would this be BiS? It has 20 agility. It also is scaled to lvl 60 (ilvl 58). What is your projected value and how much would you be willing to pay?

It's not gonna be worth much since there's a lot of good options, plus the bracket isn't as popular as 29 where BvB shine(s/d).

At Level 60 it's vendor trash. An ilvl63 dagger will provide greater output and Dragons Call will forever sit at the top in the 1h slot.
