[Question] Arena Leaderboards

Hey guys I was curious if its possible at all make a new leaderboard to track skirmishes like there was in BFA? I remember https://www.eliteguilds.com/leaderboards was functioning well untill the XP On/off separation patch came.
It would be really nice if it would be possible to organize a fresh one for Shadowlands and I think it would spark up the interest to make more people queue up and play.

I remember Hashbrowns maintained this for a while but the sticking point is that the forum software doesnt allow for automatic updating. So he was having to constantly manually update it.

Which I imagine became a chore as people demanded immediate updates every time they won a couple games.

Yeah I can understand that becomes a bit tedious to do every so often especially if people bombard you with requests to update. Perhaps if more than 1 person was able to work on that project and set a specific day / time for the refreshes to happen, like once a week, once a day, every 3-4 days for example.
Looking at the bigger picture a thing like that could inspire people to start twinking if they haven't before just for the competetive aspect of the game which many enjoy
 
This indeed is a tedious task for sure. It also promotes active/competitive skirms as Methical has mentioned. Props to Hashbrowns or to whoever is assuming this task.
 
I dont disagree with any of that, just pointing out the roadblocks. Its a massive undertaking given the limitations. Especially when its done for free in a guys spare time.

There's a script floating out there somewhere to check your skirmish rating, though Im not sure where it is or if it still works post pre-patch.

The wins/losses/winrate doesn't update, though. Just your rating.

Currently a little over 1800 on my 20 druid. Seems very hard to climb after 1800, so I assume there was a reset recently.
 
I'm sure it can be done but it take some time to get it working without any glitches/bugs. Healium Did a good job on Bgs leaderboards when 70 was active for bgs
