Question about Ruby Shades

Does anyone know if you can apply head enchants / librams on these from Haris Pilton?

Just having some fun on a level 1 bank alt.

in TBC i was able to put libram enchants on them, mail to starter alts, and put in guild bank. in WOTLK blizzard during the great twink nerf added min-lvl for all head enchants so they no longer worked on low levels. these glasses became soulbound if already enchanted or once a enchant was applied and could no longer be mailed or put in guild banks.

yes you can i know its way later on than posted but I have a nobles monocle with 100 hp prepping for wrath classic for level 1 twink shenanigans no formal dangui yet though

I picked up a formal Dangui and black tuxedo pants off AH recently so naturally I had to buy ruby shades and 2x Gold Eternium Bands
