Question about 20s

Ive been browsing around these forums for a while and have some questions.

Is 20s still the most active bracket?

I was looking at the Armory pages of lvl 20 enh shamans, why all dual wield and not two handers?

Whats the most active guild for Horde and Alliance in 20s?

Thanks, thinking about making a shaman or warlock.

1. hopefully not the most active cuz it’s dying.
2. lava lash reqs offhand, stormstrike reqs one-handed.
3. don’t know any active guilds, but there are maybe one or two.

20s are fun if you don’t have a sub and mostly PVE. I’ve had some fun and war mode on my 20 warlock. But even world PVP is scarce. If you want world PVP you’re better off playing classic
