PVP vendors sell bugged tooltip items

As the title says, the vendor, for example, sells priest shoulders that in the tooltip says 5 Vers, but in reality it gives 15.

And you can check this on WoWhead, there it actually says 15 Vers.

That said, this makes some items really good compared to socket TBC gear.

Every pvp vendor or

It's been like that for TBC PvP gear for ages now. A lot of Really high vers PvP gear shows that it has low vers. Nothing new. PvP gear is still unchanged on PTR/Beta. Still shows ilvl 34 with lowered stats compared to retail.

Also easiest way to check what the gear is supposed to have for actual stats is by just shift mouse over and comparing stats. You will see here tool tip shows 5vers but also shows I gain +8vers when equipping that item. Way easier to check that way than to Wowhead every item.

You may be right, but I could not fine anything on this forum about this.
And I think it was worth to mention since this makes some pieces bis or close to it. (And no need to farm)

True, and I give an example below, but...
Every pvp vendor or
I just used wowhead since there are 4 npc that sells pvp items, and all of them sell "bugged" items, ones are better then others, ones give haste other crit, etc... Opening 4 tabs, side by side, was faster for me.

Below you can see my equipped Vengeful shoulders on the tooltip says it gives only +5 Vers, while my blue shoulders gives a total of +6 Vers, so looking at this math, I should gain +1 Vers if I equip the blue one.... but... on the comparison in the tooltip you will see that i will actually lose -8 Vers.
(This comparison doesn't take into account gems)

Because in reality the Vengeful gives +15 Vers and not +5.

The whole gearing Meta is about to change in 4 days. Currently the PvP gear is not scaling up and actually losing stats compared to how it was before. PvP gear in 4 days time will be nowhere near BiS.
