You should get resilience where possible (if FCing).

Imo +16 PvP power(to cloak) is a must for all people who use parachute cloak. It equates to 7-8% Damage Boost which does counter most Resilience gains from armor/ weapons.

every class should have 225 eng with +16 pvp power.

boa cloak with lightweave is BiS for spellcasters. parachute cloak is useless compared to lightweave for casters/healers.

That is considered an exploit, as I am sure you know.

So many shadow priests have the Lightweave enchant, one wonders if it is an exploit? After reporting the third priest for 4-6k one-shots, the GM's told me to stop bothering them. After the fourth, they ignore my tickets. Now, I amend the ignored ticket with new names whenever there's a huge one-shot like that in the combat log, but the ticket's been there unanswered for days. From this I must conclude the Lightweave enchant is legal and not considered an exploit. Perhaps, they overdid the 20 vs 24 leveling and are allowing this enchant to put things back in proper order?

Curious to hear what folks think? Because, we'd be foolish to run around without the enchant, when so many others have it, if Blizz doesn't care either way?

Blizzard not getting back to you fast enough doesn't mean that they will allow it to stay. It's an exploit. I'm confident it will be fixed.

In the meantime, if you want to use exploits - here's an innocent for you: You can use the Darkmoon "Tiger" - Item - World of Warcraft near the fence at AB, and when you get off it you are outside the fence ;-)
