EU+US Profession limits

I've just leveled enchanting to 90, thinking that I could use Minor Striking on my little rogue. Turns out you can no longer use it on a starter account? I'd heard that the bracer enchants would be usable but actually do nothing. I didn't know Minor Striking was locked.

What about weight stones and sharpening stones in Blacksmithing? Do they still work?

Sounds like u have Vet troubles.......
Pure Starters have access to professions up to 100.
Vets, or those that have had subs and now are inactive, will have problems with their proffs. Anything over about 60 will be locked.
It's the price we pay for having access to better chants while active

A high level engineer needs to drop the toy. F2Ps themselves can't drop one.

Yes. It’s the highest pot u can make as Vet.
