Do the prideful set bonuses still give pvp power, shows it does in armory but not the items tool tip

No they don't.

Or in other words: The armory still shows it wrong.

Restoration:
(2) Set : Reduces the cooldown of your Grounding Totem ability by 3.0 sec.
(4) Set : Haste increased by 5%.

Elemental:
(2) Set : Your Lightning Shield can now be triggered once every 1.5 sec instead of once every 3 sec.
(4) Set : Reduces the cooldown of your Thunderstorm spell by 50%.

Enhancement:
(2) Set : Increases the chance to trigger your Maelstrom Weapon talent by 20%.
(4) Set : While your weapon is imbued with Flametongue Weapon, your attacks also slow the target's movement speed by 50% for 3 sec.
