the point of the level 20 bracket is to play for free, and to put virtually zero effort into your twinks. you can finish a twink in a day.



also, i'm pretty sure that *all* of the twink brackets in this game are pretty awful now. blizz kind of raped this game.

the imbalance in player skill and gear is what screws over this bracket, class balance is the best compared to other twink brackets cause worse gear makes it sightly easier to overcome class imbalance with skill
