Premades and "that new panda class" (19s)

I dont know about anyone else but i plan to purchase an annual pass and twink a monk at 19s. I wonder how much people have considered the idea that monks maychange everything we know about premades. There are a lot of qurstions suchas:

Are they a viable class to twink?
How are they in PuGs?
How will they fair in premades?
If they do well in 10v10s will you replace a class?
If so, what class?
A distance roll!?!?!


And more, this is something i'm putting a lot of thought into for when my guild is readt. To premade, and for when panda patc
h rolld around

Wondering othef peoples thoughts, and if anyone else is doinf beta, maybe if there is enough we could form a "19I twink monk tester guild"

This could change a lot.

Nobody knows, Alpha Betas haven't even started yet, so I'd say its worthless to bring this topic up for at least 2-3 months.
 
There is too much we don't know to even start answering these questions. Honestly, people should just wait until the beta is open until we start making these considerations. Patience - MoP will come soon enough.

While there needs to be consideration for the future, more importantly, what are you doing in the present, and how can you improve that?

Hardly. I play this game for fun. Speculating for hours on end about something that isn't even tangible is not. Don't make analogies that aren't appliable to the situation - it only makes you seem as if you lack understanding.

It seems as if you lack understanding of the point od thid thread, im npt retarded it wpyld take a fool to tjink we couls come to any reasonable conclusions

Yes, this is no place for intellectual discussion when we don't even know specifics of the class (if the class is even developed by Blizz yet, much less).
 
Your readiness to diffuse an intellectusl conversation makes me sad, its not the place that makes intellectual discussions inappropriatte, its the people. Anyway i'm done posting on weather oe not this su kect is pointless or not, i javr no desire to continue this debate.

I likewise have no desire to engage in intellectual fisticuffs with you in regards to this non-subject.
 
Chances are that at least one of the three specs is going to be viable. Smart thing to do would be to start stocking up on BOE gear now so once MoP is live you are one step ahead of the rest.

That, sir, is a very good point. If i recall correctly their armor/weapon slots have been released, if a person where to make a Monk, they could even start getting its BoA's, keeping in mind more BoA items will be released in panda patch.
 
The most interesting thing to me about panda's atm is their "double benefit from food buff" perk. That means rumsey rum would give +300 hp, instead of 150. This is like having an extra agm, and you could seemingly reach a higher HP than a double AGM FC of another class and still use a pvp trink. I think if their roll ability is integrated in some way like a goblin jump, panda's could easily become the best FC class.

Not to mention they can fall off roof w/o taking any damage :D
 
maybe i should have titled it "pandas and the new panda class" anyway, i will be on beta server, maybe we can set up some footage of pandas/monks dueling other 19 twink classes, i think that would be advantageous to the community as a hole.

I agree that at this rate Panda Monks are becoming a real competitor in best twink FC class in MoP. They may be able to beat out a druids HP in bear form, along with that roll....and who ever knows what else. Assuming Blizz doesn't try and take another stab at twinks by lvl reqing RRBL, no...thats not even funny to joke about.

Also dont forget about *Quaking Palm* "You touch a secret pressure point on an enemy target, putting it to sleep for 3 seconds." This could be very useful!!
