Probably! I had to either tip ppl in trade chat or run with friends as I didn't have a high lvl on an alt account back then xD

I helped a friend get it on their level 1 twink, he boosted me in return but it got fixed before it ever dropped for me

I thought this item was removed and put back in-game but i guess not... I've been farming this place every week for the past 2 years and it just now drops?!

The ribbon has always dropped, but it's a low drop chance.

Sounds like you just got really unlucky. I got it on my lvl 30 and booster in the last year. It’s even possible to farm it with soft reset (which is how we got them back in the day).

You can farm it multiple times a week on the same character.

Don’t kill any bosses on that side, and Precious will respawn with other trash mobs.

Glad we can still keep resetting the mob though.
