Found the duels boring and against pretty bad players, frost mages losing to warriors? Even the priests looked shit.
skipped war v war, really don't wan't to watch something as dull as that.
2v2 - horrible opponents, mage rogue - disgusting. Shammy x2 - wth?
Every other team after that was horrible, Ele shammy mage especially, jesus :x
I'm just adding comments as I watch so I dont forget to add afterwards, but why vs. the very bad fire mage rogue did you cut the scene when it ended up as a 1v1? I guess you lost or?
lol, all of the clips with the rogue is pretty much just you two tunnel visioning 1 target and winning either 'cause your opponents were garbage or, uhm, dunno why else lol, I'd say they were countered but they all played so bad who knows how much better those setups being played by decent players would've done vs. stupid human cleave \o/

Just random setups played by extremely shit people ;s The pala hunter teams, shammy hunter, just all very, very bad.
3v3 - cba watching anymore, if the music were remotely alright I'd carry on, but shamans that don't believe in purging, gawd it's just so bad lol
I liked the comic book-esq theme you had going on, but everything else was just trash, especially your opponents. At first I thought the soundtrack was supposed to be a parody towards stereotypical twink players, but it just plain sucked. Sorry to be so straight forward like but yeah :/

Your post was amusing. No idea what you're talking about cutting a scene with the fire mage and a rogue. If you're thinking of the 2v2 against Rising and Rubikz, Rubikz died not my rogue, you're very perceptive I see lolol. After you called Brumble bad you lost all credibility.

The post wasn't meant to be amusing, and I never said Brumble was a bad player. Granted he didn't seem that upto scratch in some other vids that i've seen but then again most of these US vids i've watched look like random arena that has been recorded for the sake of it (minus Boostz old one), and you of all people should know that not everyone performs half as well as they can when they're being recorded without knowledge. I heard Brumble was a good rogue, and don't worry i'm not judging him based on these games, any rogue with a focus macro could run this cleave setup vs. bad players and come out winning each time with little effort. I'm sure he is a very good player, but untill he creates a vid for himself his representation outside of the US will always be lower than should be.
Still, you're telling me that as you watched through your own vid, what you saw was worth watching? Mistakes are made by everyone, fact, but playing horribly bad and calling a late CC or sheeping a blind are 2 different things entirely. Your opponents, all of them, just plain sucked - I'd happily go into more detail regarding each fight, but i'd rather let the day pass and have a few others post and tell you why.
When I watched Subs vids I did so with the knowledge that the players being recorded are the top guys in the US, and for that reason I was dissapointed for the most part anyway. But this just achieves new lows in terms of bad quality players, you could be playing with Brumble or some random, but it wouldnt have changed the matter that the setup was far stronger than the garbage you faced.
Powerglove made some good vids, yeah a few mistakes are made on either side, but still that was a very fun vid to watch and it ticked every box in my opinion, take a leaf outta his book and dnt b mad.

I personally always feel it's pretty gutsy to put out a video. Most people don't because they fear the backlash, or because they aren't maybe the absolute best at their class, that it won't be good. People tend to nitpick and give non-constructive criticism based on the fact we are twinks, or that people assume a video is about ego, and it really isn't.
I liked potency's video. The comic theme was fantastic, decent editing, decent footage, but i wasn't a fan of the music, yikes. Still, i applaud him on releasing said video, as he is giving 39's a positive image, and that's what it all comes down to. We are showing people in endgame and other brackets, that twinking isn't based on the stereotypes being lumped on us.
Are there better videos, yes, but are there a shit-ton more worse movies than this, god yes. It's clear he put the effort in, and while some may have criticism, i don't believe he should be trashed for this video.
Oh, and i look forward to seeing some EU videos sometime. I don't doubt their standard is higher than ours, always has been. But again, props to Potency.

It wasn't suppose to be a groundbreaking video. I had never used any editing programs before and thought I would give it a try. I only worked on it for about two weeks. Eventually I might release a video and put a lot of effort into it, rather than just rushing to get it out. Anyways, always open to constructive criticism.

I have to admit not overly impressed with the vid. As far as skill goes havn't seen anything to top boostz and powergloves vid. Powergloves vids are really impressive actually.
I'm currently trying to get to grips with 29 warrior v rogue (i'm rogue) this is MUCH harder than 39, and i've yet to win one fight against a boa/agm warrior. Might do a side by side comparison with a 39 fight.

I think fury warr is special and its nice editing and I gonna agreed with Boostz theres far worse twink videos (like twink 39 - Google Videos)

This is one of the most ignorant things ive ever seen written.
I thought potency's video was allright. At the very least it was entertaining, and unlike a lot of others I found the music fun and different. Then again Im a tad older than probably most all of you so some of those songs brought me back to mah childhood heh.
Some of the matches and arenas werent uber exciting, but such is this game. Every match cant be amazing. Considering the time frame I think its not bad.
I did sorta lol at the first duel in the video though. Thats me losing as affliction lock. I am not even sure how that matchup is supposed to go and it was only my 2nd day at lvl 39 when that clip was taken ;p. War vs SL would probably be a better watch, although I won most of our duels as that spec especially with cool downs ;p. I dont know how other players interpret themselves in others videos, but it was kinda cool to watch him beat me up heh.
