To start off, the Shadow Armor enchant is doing wonders for my cloak.

Blue fishing hat is buffed to 4 Stamina.

Boa rings give stats again at level 1.

Heirlooms on general give stats again.

Fine Scimitar still have highest top end dmg compared to boas.

We no longer need to farm Furbolg reputation for new lvl 1s.

Sindorei cloak of warding got buffed to 5 Stam

Red Pellet Rifle now works as intended and no longer damages targets, but can still aggro.

AGM Stam buffed to 11 Stam, up from 9 Stam.

Just something I noticed: Lifeward is way better than mending.

enchant bracer - stats is giving +2 all stats (no lvl requirement unlike greater stats)

Most of the low level elites seem to be a lot easier to kill as well so if anyone finds anything worth grouping for that would be nice to know
