Appearance only no physical item you buy it with the plunder currency you get after playing plunderstorm and it becomes an account bound appearance. one of the better tabard appearances they have added throughout the years though IMO

they could always bring some of the plunder storm appearances to the trader's post on retail like they did last time plunder storm was active but most likely would be recolored variants of what you can get now hard to say until next month though and even then if it is a tabard I don't believe you would get the physical item but only the appearance even still.
