If i have "XX" Leggings



And want to put Saphire Spellthread on them



BUT it requires level 70. And becomes soulbound



So i trade them the reagents, then they chant it over the "Do not trade" option



Can i wear them as a level 29 twink. Or does it mean, i have to be level 70 to use item?

atm there is no way (even by trying to exploit) to get the Stat armor kits on your legs as low level twinks.

My 29 leggings with the chants on them do not get the stat bonuses anyways. So getting them on won't help. But I heard if enter 25 man VOA with the leggings and leg chant, and during battle with the Flamewatcher, you stand on one leg and dance, you will wipe the raid. Sorry, couldn't resist.
