Hi, I was wondering if I made a brand new account, what restrictions are there.
Am I able to type in chat [If not, please explain what I have to buy/do, to be able to]
Am I able to put on enchants for my gear [If not, please explain what I have to buy/do, to be able]

And if there is other important restrictions, please let me know!

So if I purchase game time 1 time, I can do all these things right?

While you have game time, yes. Youre a regular account at that point. Once the game time ends and youre considered a "veteran" account, you get hit with all the starter account restrictions except you get to stay in and chat with your guild and if you had more than 1k gold at the time, you get to keep it (though you cant earn more)

you just need someone with a sub to invite you both and then drop group.
