Go draenie, with all that AP GotN would hit fairly hard plus you'll be short on hit rating. Either that or human since you dont have a trink, tho the haste trink could be sacrificed since its not technically AP.
To find how hard a 1h hits just open the chardev and take a look. This build hits 114-146 white dmg every 2.73 secs, 48.62 dps

I think instead of maxing AP I would want to go for max damage. To do this I would replace the chest you currently have on chardev with either of the BoA's (leather one with hit or the mail one with crit) as this would increase your damage much more than the +8str one. You also forgot the +16 leg patch on chausses. With your current spec this would be 34.3 armor per 1 AP so +16 armor would add .466 AP
Does anyone have clay ring of str (+5 str?) I have never seen one.

I had a +5 str ring before their insanely rare (wasted on my warrior whos now 39). You can just go wrynn/pvp its 6 ap less, but more crit will raise ur dmg more then tht .38~ dps
