EU+US Peerless stats

So I have my blackened defies chest with the enchants, but its showing its giving +3 instead of +2 like my newer ones I have applied. So my question is.... Am I really getting the +3 or is it just a tooltip error, I don't want to replace it if I really am getting the +3, or is the enchant working at all

Open your paper doll and check the stats, should be +2

When you take your chest piece off, do you lose 9 agi or 10 agi?

+3 stats is a tooltip bug, you're only getting +2

I lose 9, so I guess it is only 2 =O
