i would say about 500-800 at max. paired with soulfrost/sunfire enchant isnt it still the max spellpower available to a weapon slot for locks and fire/frost mages?

BiS for locks/mages/Spriests. i bought mine for 650g, seen them go for 1k+ though

Actually not true. As it was already said this is BiS for many classes and looks like it will continue to be in Cata. As far as price it really depends on the server. Medivh is not a 39s server but the fact that there's a lot of 19s and 49s there so you've got that going for you. I've sold these things for up to 2500g before and I would price it at 1200-1500g on your server and see what happens...unless you're looking for a quick sale then I'd shoot for 800-1000g. Nice pick up...you'll definitely make money off it no matter what server you got it on if you paid 165g.
