Grunt's Shield of Blocking would be BIS for defensive shield, has 1 more block than that one and a couple more armor. Those go for between 1-2k on a large populated twink realm.
you could probably get 200-500g for that one since it's a rare drop and almost as good as grunt's. I just found a Defender Shield of Blocking with +4 strength for 2g myself. Same as that shield, I think the armor is slightly different though.
