I immagine for some races it will be possible, might take a while - but, it "Should" be possible with splash, especially with human - but no promises. Chen's Empty Keg for horde, as Boglund said...but that is hella hella slow, 12 rep each faction (maybe not undercity? hasn't been proven/disproven)

If nothing else, you can wait till next winter--and the winter after--and the winter after--and honor elders till your eyes bleed. If you honor them all, I estimate about 5k rep per year. Couple that with quests that can be done at 29
I dont know about horde, but it is very difficult in alliance to get Exodar rep without doing outlands quests.
You can also turn in wool and silk at this level, but not mageweave or the repeatable runecloth.

dont know how he did it, but i cant think of any other ways than Chen's Empty Keg (wowhead says its 62 rep for all factions, even undercity now).
I think what im gonna do is complete all the quests available at lvl 29 while im waiting for battlegrounds to open, and if that is not enough, im not gonna need much rep, so im just finishing off with chen's

He has done 59 quests and killed a little over 400 creatures, he can't have been doing Chen's Keg O_O

One easy way to get Ambassador would be to do all the quests on your current faction then when faction changes roll around just switch and do all the other side's quests. That should easily give you exalted.

How on earth did a level 14 get ambassador title...
@Rottentomato - don't count on it, I highly doubt blizzard will let you do that, we shall see when it's released however
